Terms & Conditions

Clear scope before payment. Clear expectations after delivery.

These general terms are a starting point and should be reviewed for the actual business model and applicable laws before publication.

1. Order confirmation

Before payment, confirm in writing the target niche, geography, number of records, required fields, verification requirements, deliverables, price, delivery schedule and correction process.

2. Data availability and status

Research coverage depends on source availability, market, collection conditions and agreed criteria. Fields may be marked verified, unverified, unavailable or requiring review. Missing fields must not be fabricated.

3. Samples and demonstrations

Any item labeled sample, demo or illustrative is provided to show format only. It is not a live prospect list, completed client audit or evidence of verification.

4. Use of delivered data

The buyer is responsible for determining whether and how delivered information may lawfully be used, including compliance with data-protection, direct-marketing and anti-spam rules in relevant jurisdictions.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

WAHISNOVA does not guarantee email inbox placement, replies, meetings, conversions, revenue or sales outcomes.

6. Corrections and disputes

Any correction, replacement or refund conditions must be written into the specific order before payment. Report discrepancies within the review period agreed for that order.

7. Dossiers and Master Lead Sheet

The 360° Executive Brand Intelligence Dossier is the primary deliverable and the Excel/CSV Master Lead Sheet is the supporting deliverable. Dossier quantity, depth and format are included only as expressly stated in the written quote. A Master Lead Sheet record does not automatically include one dossier.

8. Confidentiality of reports

Complete dossiers concern specific businesses and individuals and are provided to the ordering buyer. They are not published as public samples; public demos use placeholder data only.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Identify the version applicable to an order in the written confirmation.
